Cancellation Policy

Destination Dakar Roadbook Adventures REGISTRATION PAYMENT - To secure your ride full payment is required. REFUND POLICY - Once we have received your registration form and payment has been made you are then a confirmed booking for Destination Dakar roadbook adventures training or rides. Should you withdraw from the ride for any reason no refund will be offered, but a ride placement will be offered in the next event. COVID – If you are unable to attend due to Covid no refund will be offered instead you will be given the chance to change to a later date. RIDER INJURED - If you substance an injury to yourself on the lead up to the event and unable to attend no refund will be offered but a ride placement will be offered in the next event.
